Cancellation Policy
All appointments will be booked only upon availability. We recommend 2 guest per bride, however, we could accommodate a maximum of 4. Yet, we will need to hear from you if you have more than 2 guests that you are planning into bring on your appointment. Prom and Special Occasion appointments will follow the same rule on the number of guests, yet, minors must be accompanied by a legal guardian or responsible adult. Non shows will be charged a non refundable £20 deposit fee if they re-book us. We take no shows very seriously and would like to avoid having to charge regular appointments a fee, however, we feel that we may need to implement this type of fees in the future due to the cost of preparing ourselves for appointments that don't show up and don't let us know. We recommend clients to let us know they need to cancel their appointment within 42 hours of their appointments by messaging us in writing via email, mobile messages, or reaching us over social media. In-house Seamstress appointments are also charged and non refundable. £ 15 per appointment for the use of our room at The Bridal Rack. The appointed Seamstress will charge for her services separately. The appointed seamstress will also be responsible for any services she may offer as she performs her work as an independent seamstress from The Bridal Rack To book a seamstress appointment, you will need to get in touch with our appointed and approved seamstress. We will give you this information once you buy your dress In-house seamstress is only available for clients that have bought their dress at The Bridal Rack and only during the seamstress available days of work. Steaming and Garment Care will be offered pending availability and prices may vary according to number of garments, size of wedding dress, location, and more. Must be booked by getting in touch with The Bridal Rack owner and by availability. A 50% deposit will be required to book the day. The deposit is nonrefundable in case of cancellation or change to a day that we are unavailable to attend. All your information will be kept by The Bridal Rack and not shared with anyone. Your pictures and the pictures of your events may be shared on our social media o website but only with your prior agreement. We will always ask you for sharing before using it.
